Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No Focus: External Purpose: To explore the cha-cha-cha rhythm creatively

First move: 1-2-cha-cha-cha. Let’s go 1-2 cha cha cha. 1-2 cha cha cha. Bend your knees with it, so your hips move a little easier. Get that Latin flavor into it. Let your shoulders move with your body. Dance around each other and play a bit with each other while you dance by. Can you keep changing your direction? Put your style and personality into it. Can you dance it with your whole body? Make it a little swanky and jazzy. Show me how you dance it. What else can you do with your arms, even use your hands. Your way is the right way, No one is going to be swanky for you. Have you gone backwards or sideways yet?

Second move: Poses. And no worries, if you miss the poses, all good, ask your participants to listen to the music. So much fun.
