Purpose & Focus: Body contact, stimulation and circulation through body taps, Strength in legs and arms
Super funky track that is great for the body! This can be done seated or standing.
Start with gentle body taps. Encourage them to tap all over their body, their arms, legs, gently their face, neck. Invite them to be creative with it and play with it. Dance it!
They can add some bounce in their heels if they’d like.
At 1:11 transition to the second move: push out with legs and arms. They can go slow or fast.
At 1:47 back to the body taps. Continue calling out different body parts like ankles, feet, back of legs. Invite them to tap everywhere and dance it!
Continue to do this move until the end of the song. You can end with a pose, if you’d like!
