First move: Country walk – Find the beat in your feet and walk tall with lots of elbow swing. Going in all different directions.
This is a great song for using the lyrics to inspire what you say and what they do! There is an “Optional” 123 or you can keep the walk, depends on your class.
Just be sure to keep coaching lots of direction changes
Second move: 123 traveling BIG – use the music and really “take off” during this part. Let your arms spread wide and 123 (shuffle) throughout your space like you did when you were a kid.
Taking the road less traveled. This is high cardio, so encourage them and remind them to take it in their own way!
