Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes – give a preview of the options for the down/up (JUMP)
Focus: External
Fitness Elements/Purpose: CR, RT, Muscle Endurance, Power, Speed, Muscle Strength, ROM

First move: double down – travel intensely around the space, using lots of arm movements like you are talking to each other about something you are really passionate about.
Feel powerful and use your legs for a deeper squat position! Lots of face expression!

Second move: light bounce – put your arms up like you are trying to get everyone on their feet doing it with you!
Try to stay on the beat with your bounce, it is fast but good to try! Get creative with this as it is a bit long.
You can encourage bouncing with each other for interaction too!

Third move: down/UP (jump) – This section is the most intense and happens twice during the song. Drop down and then get creative on the musical cue to go up. UP can be a jump with crazy legs or just a reach up with one leg coming up doing something interesting!
USE THE MUSIC on this and go for it! This is the intense interval, and overall an intense song!
