Pre-Teach: Let’s learn a quick combo before we start. We are going to walk 4, then freeze OTS then a shimmy Ooolalala. Let’s do it again. Walk 4, freeze and shimmy oooolalala.

First move: Walk 4, Freeze & Shimmy (ooolalala) – Let’s start with lots of attitude and confidence. Here we go walk 4, freeze and shimmy ooolalala. Great, again, lots of attitude walk 4, freeze and ooolalala. But dance it. Can you freeze different each time. Get your whole body into that shimmy. Can you change direction each time? Show me how you dance it your way.

Second move: Strut – Chest up, shoulders back, let’s strut. Show how cool you are. Lots of attitude and confidence. Add you style and personality. Have you changed direction? Go a new way. Do it your way. Can’t get it wrong.

Third move: Slow Walk – Keep your confidence and slow walk, but make it feel like a slow strut. Chin up, shoulders back. Show off your style and confidence. Can you change direction? Check people out while you walk.

Fourth move: Arm Pump – Now pump it up. Let’s go go go go.. Put some energy into it. Rise up let’s go go go go. Pump it up. Get your whole body into the pump. Turn it into a party in your body. Let’s go go go go.
