First move: slow-walk. Starts with the walk. Add arms. Add some drama. Stretch those steps. Put expressions on your face.
You’ve got all directions. Maybe even a turn now and then.
Second move: dance-walk. Lots of energy. Get your whole body in it. Change your directions. Where else can you take it?
Third move: 3-out-1-together. You can change it however it feels good for your body. Here it is! Do what you can!
