Purpose: Get the heart rate up and explore the space
First Move: Slow Walk. Start with a cool, confident slow walk. Shoulders back. Get your arms out. Follow the music. When you come back to the slow walk again, get those arms moving. Let’s see your style. Your own way. Yes! Confident. Show me your confidence, even on your face.
Second Move: Tempo Walk. Put the beat in your feet and walk to the rhythm. Show me your cool confidence. “Remember me”, so open yourself up. Exploring all your directions. Put your groovy dance in there. Add your style and personality. Have you gone backwards or turned it yet? Do it your way.
Third Move: 123, 123 Traveling. Put a little 123,123 in your feet. Can you get your arms and your head dancing too? Explore moving through the space. Now really dance it with your whole body. Let’s see a turn now and then. Playing with directions. Around each other. But keeping that cool confidence. Whole body dancing it. Show me your style.
Fourth Move: OTS Run. Little feet. Build it up. (this is really short)
