Purpose: Stretch, cool down, prepare for quitet time
***use as many moves as needed***
First move: We are going to stretch our bodies and muscles before we have quiet time today lets all start out by gently twisting side to side. See how good you feel after dancing! Now can we hula hoop? Make big circles with your hips, go the other way. Good job lets take a walk to a new spot
Second move: Reach up to the heavens like you are going to touch the stars, now can you reach down to the earth? Lets do that again! Ok now bring one arm across your body to stretch our shoulder, now the other side. Can you pat yourself fon the back? That helps stretch the back of the arm, that is your triceps. Ok walk and find one last spot to stand in
Third move: Bring your feet a little wider and lests stretch and bend to the side, and now the other side. And stretch your leg, your other leg. Roll your shoulders. What an awesome job you all did today! Now please sit or lie down and get comfortable for quiet time
