Purpose & Focus: Dramatic Creativity, Dance, Creative Functional Training

Seated – Slow walk with an exaggerated toe-heel.
Create frames around your body with your arms. Use flowing arm movements throughout the song. Pose with upper body exaggerated movements.
Keep rolling through the feet. Engage with upper body movements, then lower body movements. Incorporate both together. Lots of breath. “Be very creative with arms. Play with your levels.”
Add leg extensions. Move legs forward and to the side. Make circles with your feet. Point your toes. Draw designs on the floor, create hearts.
End with beautiful arms & pose & forward fold
