Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No Focus: external Purpose: To warm up or cool down

First move: Is a step-tap. Connect people to the rhythm and then have them explore the space creatively. Invite using levels and turns as well. It’s soft, gentle, light and easygoing, so use those style words to get people fully connected to the dance.

Second move: is a Sway OTS. It’s soft and gentle. You can invite people to put their hands on the heart. Or just have them sway any way they want to the music.

Third move: Is a 1-2-123. Invite them to get the whole body dancing and give them suggestions on arms, hips, head and facial expression as well. Suggest directional changes and lots of turning. Invite them to put a smile on their face and give a fellow groover a smile on the way.

Twice in the song you’ll notice a pause in the music. Simply tell them to hold the spot and breath bigger.
