Come to the back of the chair.
First move: lift arm up and over for slow lean in.
Repeat on the other side.
Squat holding on to the back of the chair with both hands.
Come all the way up.
Repeat.
Lean in pose (this time try lifting the leg off the floor.
For balance – play with it by lifting hand off chair.
Extend leg to the back of the chair, bending standing leg for stability.
Squat between each stretch.
Use opposite arms.
Flowing moves, simple, let them get good at it.
Use word “stabilize” a lot.
