Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No Focus: Internal Purpose: Cool down, creative melt, imagination and play.

First move: Big stretch, slow and controlled melt, float somewhere else. With younger children you would guide them through the whole time but with older kids I would let them decide when to stretch, melt and frolic – this really depends on your group so observe and facilitate as you see fit. Ask them to take a big stretch and make a shape, gently and slowly melt then frolic somewhere new in the room adding a little play to this transition as if they were a unicorn or ballerina. Remind them to dance this transitionary frolic movement. Every time they stretch, they should be creating a different shape. Remind them to take big breaths and release their head when they melt. As they transition to somewhere else in the room, ask them to use different directions, even turn if they want. This is a great cool down into stillness track.

Transitions: There are no specific times to transition in this song.
