Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To warm-up the body and strengthen the arms

First move: Listen for the guitar strum and accent this with a flowy arm.
You can demonstrate this at the beginning and then let participants take it from there.
Encourage moving through their levels and expressing the music.

Second move: When the beat kicks in, keep the arm, but add 2 steps in a slow-quick-quick rhythm pattern.
Encourage them to move this around the room, playing with different levels, using arms throughout.

Third move: This is flowy arms keeping the arm movement seamless; moving continuously.
