Pre-Teach: Yes, the arm-move
Focus: External
Purpose: To lubricate hips and mobilize spine and shoulder joint

Pre-Teach: Tell them to reach their arms dramatically out, then pull them back in, in two staccato accents.(if they have a hard time with that you can also just open and dramatic close) Try it a few times where they do it with you and tell them to reach somewhere new every time and to allow drama and intensity in their expression.

First move: walk-four- swing-hips-four. Start with some yummy sexy poses with a little body touching, then when the beat comes in, connect them to the pattern of walking sexy and with confidence for four, then swinging the hips OTS for four.
Coach for relaxing into it, and explore being sexy, seductive and allouring. Invite arms and upper body to dance OTS as well.
Go somewhere new each time.
Slow and chilled, but with confidence and sensuality.
Let your arms explore your body.
You can use your arms when you walk.

Second move: is arms-out-in-in. (or out and in) Coach them into the rhythm of the move, then invite levels, variations in the reaches and coach for drama, intensity and lots of expression.
No one can be passionate for you. Give yourself permission to make it dramatic and passionate. Put some passion and intensity into it. Try to do it different every time. Even with just one arm is possible.
If you have chairs available, put a few on the floor and invite people to dance on or around the chairs, embracing the sexiness.
