Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: To warm up the body

First move: Is a heel-step. Gently tap one heel to the floor, then step with the other foot, heel-step, heel-step. Tell people to make it soft, light and a bit bouncy. This song is is light, carefree and uplifting, so play with that in your dance. Travel the room as you heel-step and play with turns, directions and levels. You can give the image of playful kicking the rain puddles with your heels. Follow the intensity of the song, as the song builds, so does the move. And when the song softens in intensity, so does the move. Make sure to inspire face (have them try to put on a smile, and see how it feels), hands, arms and torso to move as well.

Second Move: is a 123-123. It’s light and soft, but still very energetic so tell people to pace themselves if they need it. You can tell people to play with the imagery of flying through the room, lots of air under the feet. Inspire turning and full use of space and invite their arms to join the dancing as well! Add Groove truths to really get them flying!
