First move: Step-Touch. Start with a small step-touch. You can feel the energy of the song. Now make it bigger.
Take up lots of space. You can add a clap if you want. Stay on the beat. Side together, side together.
Can you dance your step touch? Put your style and personality into it. Do it your way! Can you make it bigger?
Move through the space. Explore all your directions as you move through the space.
Can you add confidence? You can even get your head dancing with your body.
Second move: Bounce Low. Bounce it low. Now can you travel it. Step somewhere new each time. Bend those knees. Let’s see those arms. Feel it. Bend those knees and see what your body will do. Bend those knees. Sit lower, you can do it! Breathe into it. Really get into those legs. We’re seeing how strong we are!
Third move: Rave. Punch it out. Your way. Dance it. Lots of energy! Get your whole body in it. You can’t get it wrong. Get your hair dancing. You can even pretend you have glow sticks on. You’ve got it. Show me what it looks like to have the biggest dance party in your body ever! I want to see your whole body dancing! No one can do it for you.
