This is a gentle 123 or 12-123 or you can mix them up when you want. It is a 2 minute recovery song that keeps them moving without needing to use too much brain work.
Depending on your group, you could even have them do a little partner dancing with very gently touching fingers while arms are up in the air and dance for a short time and then move on.
