This song develops in layers. You’ll use the same rhythm pattern, but will add an element of balance. Watch the tutorial video to know how to add in the layers so your participants are successful.

First move: Arm-Walk-Walk. The music is soft and gentle. Just start with soft arms. Soft Arm-Walk-Walk. Be so delicate with your arms. Do your arms a little different every time. Using your whole body.
And now start to lift one leg for a little gentle balance each time. See if you can travel and explore you space. Think “soft, walk, walk”. Those arms are super soft and floaty. Infuse it with your breath.
Challenge your balance. Change your leg each time. Let it be like a meditation. A little bigger. And yes, a little more emphasis on the breath. Really challenging lifting your leg. So soft.
Arm-walk-walk. Soft face. Soft breath. Let your whole body be into those arms movements so you’re really challenging your balance
Back to just the arms. But the whole body still moves. Really take your time with your arms. Let your head move with your arms.
