Keep gently changing what is circling. Start to get more of your body circling. Can you get your head involved? Make it soft and light. Invite your shoulders and spine to move with your body. Infuse it with your breath. Start to make the movement bigger with more breath. Let the music inspire how you dance it. Do it your way. Explore your levels, the space below you and above you. Let yourself be soft and gentle. One move flows right into the next. Your way is the right way.

Second move: Travel 4, Arms 4 – Now listen for the beat. Walk 4, 1234 now create beautiful soft arms for 4. Again travel 4 relaxed and soft, then create a beautiful dance with your arms, now travel somewhere new. Allow yourself to dance it. Add you style and expression. No one can do it for you. Make it soft and delicate. Explore doing it a little different each time. Flowing and gentle. Let your head move with your arms. Maybe you can turn when you travel. Stay relaxed, soft and gentle. Get your whole body involved, let the music inspire how you move. Make it feel good as you express with your whole body delicate and easy.
