This song involves movement/travel along with circulation/lubrication so you may want to give your participants that information ahead of time and let them know that once they get going, you’ll invite them to move through the space.

Soften your knees. Connect to your breath. Allow your head to move a little. Listen to the music and when you feel inspired, start to add arms. Soft gentle movements in your body. Levels.
Lots of breath. When you feel inspired, open eyes and travel while you dance and move to the music. Keep the ballet type of movements. Be as creative as you want.
Feel like you’re dancing. Continue to invite in full body movement. End by standing, closing eyes and connecting with breath.
