Purpose & Focus: Cardio and Dance

This is a verse/chorus Groove. Start with marching the feet and dancing the arms. You can take your arms anywhere up or down.
At 0:26 transition to the fast arm rolls. Those Grooving standing can also add a 123 to their feet if they want. When they sing “Ah!” Get your participants to bring the arms up and back to the arm rolls. This happens x2
At 0:44 back to the first move; marching the feet and dancing the arms.
At 1:00 back to the arm rolls. When they sing “Ah!” Get your participants to bring the arms up and back to the air rolls. This happens x2
At 1:19 back to the march and dancing arms.
At 1:52 back to your arm rolls. When they sing “Ah!” Get your participants to bring the arms up and then go back to the rolls.
Keep transitioning between these two moves for the rest of the song.
