Pre-Teach: No Focus: External Purpose: To get the heart rate up and work the legs.

First Move: Slow walk – This is super cool and casual with lots of attitude and lots of confidence. Explore all directions, don’t worry so much about the arms, yet, just give me a cool casual walk. Chest up, shoulders back, show me your confidence when you walk? How cool can you be. Walk with your style and attitude.

Second move: Walk – Now put the beat in your feet and walk to the music. Chest up, shoulders back. Put your style and cool attitude in it. Can you go a different direction? Explore turning while you walk. Even backwards is possible. You can walk around each other and creatively walk around each other with confidence. Do it your way, You can’t get it wrong. Just walk to the music.

Third Move: Jump and Groove – Now jump, legs wide, really bend your knees and drop into the jump and groove. Get your whole body dancing. Show me what your arms can do. Can you jump a different direction? Add your style. Show me confidence and style. Can you get your whole body in the jump and groove? Dance it your way. Show me how you dance it. How far can you jump? Try and do it different each time.
