Purpose: To warm up or recover the body.
It’s a soulful, relaxed track.
First move: Slide together (tap). Nice and easy. Use your arms to express. Explore all your directions.
Gentle and relaxed with your arms. Super easy. Can you get your whole body dancing and expressing to the music? Add your style. This is meditative and soulful. Breath with your movement. Have you tried going backwards? You can’t get it wrong, do it so it feels really good in your body.
Second move: OTS Slow (prayer) roll down and up. Down for 4 counts. And up for 4 counts. Melt into it. Easy. Relax. Infuse it with your breath, take your time. Bend your knees, keep it soft and relaxed. Let your head release at the end and your head is the last thing to come up.
