Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body and to lubricate wrist and shoulder joints

First move: Is a wrist circle. Have people explore the range of motion in their wrists, allowing the fingers to play and dance as well.
Invite them to start moving the wrist circles around their body allowing shoulders, rib-cage and upper body to move and dance as well.
Keep them connected by using the style words and give them creative options on how to dance their wrist circles in new ways. They can play with mudras if they know these.

Second move: is a 1-2-123. It’s flowy, elegant, feminine and delicate, even a little funky. Have people explore directions and levels, and tell them to add their hands and arms as well.
They can even add the wrist circles here too if they want.
