The song starts pretty smooth, have them OTS making soft circles with their arms.

First move, poses, First pose comes in at 0:35, at 0:38, 0:42 have them stay in the 3rd pose and only feel the rhythm kicking in, in their body.

Second Move, punches. Your punches can go all around your body, nobody said your feet are stuck on the ground, lift them up, dance your punches. Your whole body is dancing!
There’s a softer section at 1:02, keep punching, just a bit softer, but only for like 6 seconds, after that it’s hard punches again, move your body accordingly.

Third move, slow-motion movement, At 1:36 freeze, OTS circle the arms. Use your levels, breathe deeply into the movement.

At 2:10 we start punching again, slowly getting harder with our punching. Don’t forget to dance your punches, you can even punch with each other Dance and keep punching around your body.
At the end of the song it’s slow again, OTS slow circles with your arms around your body. Breathe deeply into this slow and smooth movement.
