Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes – Groove-out
Focus: External
Purpose: To experience being goofy and funny with each other. Creating freedom and connection.

Pre-teach: Groove-out. During this song, there will be several times where i want you to go a little crazy. This song is about escaping
from the circus. So you will run around like a crazy person.
Show them what that looks like. Give yourself permission to be totally nuts.

First Move: Bows: Take bows to the applause. Have some fun with it and pretend you are a rock star on stage in front of your adoringv audience.
Really let yourself act it out.

Second Move: Tiptoe: It’s a little 123, Get them to tiptoe/creep around the room to the music using their whole body. Be sneaky and
quiet.

Third Move: Whooooaaa Arms up – When it goes quiet get them to drop down safely to a crouch (or however far they can go) and
then while the band sing, “Whooooaaah”, get them to rise-up slowly, using their arms, reaching as high as they can.
Invite them to sing, “Whooooaaah” as they rise!
Fourth Move: Crazy Dance – This is a punk rock song so invite them to jump and kick, pogo, dance how ever their body feels. This is
an opportunity to go completely mad and have a load of fun.
Remind them that they cannot get it wrong and that their way is the right way, and nobody cares what they look like!
The second and third time this happens, it is for a longer time, so remind them to listen to their bodies too. Gooooo Crazy!!
