Purpose: To warm up the body, explore the space creatively

First move: Circulation. Start OTS. Relax, take a couple deep breaths then gentle start to circle the head, invite them to start using their arms and creatively expressing this slow gentle movement to the music.
Follow the music, Let the music inspire how you move. Be soft and relaxed, explore other parts of your body.

Second move: Walk. Connect to the rhythm and simply walk to the beat. Explore all your directions, even backwards, sideways and turning.
Use your arms how you want, but move in a way that feels good and warm up your body. Add your own style and personality.
