Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body and or work on leg strength
First move: We start by going down the stairs! Up to down down down down down down down. We jump up on the 1 count.
Tell them to get their head from high to low. If it hurts their knees then tell them to bend only as much as it feels good.
Second move: The other move is a step and toe. Very delicate. Make it about the toe. Show me your toes. Very light and soft into the floor.
You can flick the hands if the participants like a little more direction, or you can just do delicate feminine arms.
