Pre-Teach: Tell them about low/floor options
Focus: internal/external
Fitness Elements/Purpose: CR (creativity), RT (reaction time), ROM, Muscle Strength, Power, Speed, Muscle Endurance
First move: Travel around with robotic arms, very serious and stiff.
Second move: Take 4 beats to move toward the floor…lower in some way….just moving slow in a creative functional way.
Third move: When music changes, go into step shape, step shape very abstract and possibly lifting a leg each time. Keep the body strong and muscles engaged!
**In the video, I say pick something up off the floor but this isn’t going to be good for most, so switch that to the step shape….yes staying low and strong and if they can touch the floor great, but it takes good form and strength to do it with good posture!
