Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: External
Purpose: to lubricate hips, spine & shoulders

First move: Upper body dance and walk 4. Dance your upper body and walk for 4. Start to explore how you can move your upper body. You can circle your chest, roll your shoulders, or dance your arms. What else is possible? What about your head – can you make you head dance? Show me your way of dancing it, you can’t get it wrong! Put your style and personality in it. As you travel try to turn, walk sideways and backwards – really explore the space. Remember that your way is the right way, so don’t be shy, allow yourself to DANCE.

If you feel like it you can get your groove on with the other groovers as you pass them, have a little dance party.

Second move: Hip dance and walk 4. This time you make your hips dance – you can circle your hips, pump back and forth or move your booty side to side. Simply give yourself permission to play with all the ways your hips and lower body can dance, you can’t get it wrong. Make it feel really good as you lubricate your hips. How can you get your arms involved too? Or maybe your head? What about you face? No one cares what you look like – make it feel good and give it your style personality, no one can do it like YOU!
