Purpose: To play with the Halloween theme. Lubricate and mobilize the spine

First move is an arm swing. Start showing them the arm swing and then invite them to travel it around the room, once successful you can give them the option to add a pony.
Make sure to encourage them to allow their chest and head to move with them, exploring full range of motion in the arms.

Second move is a twist but make it a little weird. You can suggest isolating one body part to twist, make bizarre faces and expressions.
It’s cheesy and ridiculous but a lot of fun.
