Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes
Focus: Internal
Purpose: Meditative, Fundamental movement skills

First move: This Groove is a little flow you would pre-teach as the song is very short.
The routine is melt, stretch on the ground, roll, and slowly get back up.
Ask them to slowly walk somewhere in the room and begin to melt all the way down to the ground very slowly.
Rest for a moment on the ground, take a big stretch, figure out a way to roll, any kind of roll, then gently get back up.
Repeat this activity as many times as you can (usually only two or 3 times) and end with the kids on the ground going right into stillness.

Transitions:
This song does not have specific times to transition from one move to another.
