Focus: external
Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body
First move: slow-quick-quick travel pattern. Gentle. Chilled out. Listen to the music. When you hear the rhythm kick in, add it to your feet.
Slow-quick-quick, slow-quick-quick. Move through the space. Try different directions. Keep it soft.
Where else can you go in the room? Don’t forget to turn now and then. Creatively add your arms. Explore the space around you.
Second move: slow-quick quick on the spot. But the rhythm in different body parts.
Try a different spot in your body and make it feel really good. Lots of breath.
Transitions:
One rhythm throughout the whole song, no transitions, you decide when you have them OTS or as a TP.
