Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes – 123 little jump (air hug)
Focus: internal/external
Fitness Elements/Purpose: CR (creativity), RT (reaction time), Coordination, Muscle Strength, Power, Muscle Endurance, Cardiovascular

First move: poses – dramatic poses that continue to grow or move gently. Express with your whole body.
Feel the stretches in all parts of your body, look at each other and around the room with strong focus.
The first round of these is longer than the rest, this is a great 2nd or 3rd FIT song.

Second move: 2 to the side – get low, add some bounce and dance this with your arms and whole body!
Move close to others in the room, like you want to be close to them!! Have fun with it!

Third Move: 123 little jump (air hug) – keep low on this as well….take three steps like you are sneaking up on someone and then jump your feet together on count 4 and pretend to give an air hug.
Once they get that movement and timing going, they can play with many other creative ways to move their arms on that 4th count.
Just keep traveling in different directions, reacting to each other and the space around you.
