Purpose: To explore expressing dramatic movements
First move: slow-slow-quick-quick-slow – this is the rhythm for the entire song. First give them time to really feel the rhythm and put it in their feet.
Then encourage them to put it other places in their bodies, mixing up travel and OTS. Traveling in ALL directions and using your levels.
The song increases and decreases intensity and dynamics so really follow those for the deepest experience!
Second move: OTS pause and breathe – these sections are quite short so not much needs to happen.
They can raise their arms up and down, place hands on their heart or just stand, close eyes and tune in.
