Focus: external
Purpose: To warm up the body and mobilize hips and lower back

First move: 1-2-3 tap. This is very chilled out and relaxed. You can cue different directions or tapping with other people. Mainly cue the chilled out funky style.

Second move: C-back with your booty. This is a feel good move so coach people to make it feel good and yummy in their hips and encourage them to bring mobility into their hips.
