Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes – lightbulbs and windshield wipers
Focus: External
Fitness Elements/Purpose: CR (creativity), RT (reaction time), Agility, ROM, Coordination, Muscle Strength, Power, Muscle Endurance, Cardiovascular

First move: Lightbulbs – twisting the wrist and pulling elbows into the body on the accent! Pull it in, in, in, etc. Take lightbulb from all places, get creative with where your hands go.
Then add bollywood style legs to your arm movement. This will take coordination and invite playfulness. Tap toes, turn in a circle, travel different directions, etc.

Second move: Jump 2, Walk 2 – Accent this jump with your shoulders and arms. The jump is not high, it is powerful and bouncy.
Be sure to DANCE the walks in between the jumps! Add your own style and creativity!

Third move: Windshield Wipers – Take arms over head or in front or underneath the chest from side to side.
Always engaging the upper back, stay strong with good posture while getting creative with the dance.

*After the initial teaching of lightbulbs and windshield wipers, please feel free to offer those up when you want and switch how it feels good to you. You can let the participants choose as well.
