Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To extend and build strength in the upper back and to practice the ability to transition on the floor.

This is an internal creative functional training where you give people the following pattern to do on their own.
You Slowly take an arrow, put it on your bow, focus and aim. As you release the bow, you release the position you were in and then walk, craw, roll or slide into a new place where you repeat the pattern, alternating sides every time.
You want to emphasize that they keep this slow all the way through. Use the style words to keep them connected to the theme: Focused, determined, Intense, Dramatic, Powerful, Soft, elegant and strong.
Tell them it’s not about shooting anything, it’s about the focus, the aiming, and the release.
Tell them to release the pose in a way that feels good in your body, and to make it different every single time.
This is a dance, so tell them to dance the move and to dance as they transition between the moves. They can play with balances, with walls or chairs, they can use the floor and walls etc.
Make sure you show the pattern twice in the beginning, so they see what it looks like, and how to do it in different ways.
The song is long, so fade out the music after 4-6 minutes.
