Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To warm up the body or to cool the body down
First move: Breath. Start by taking a nice deep breath, lifting your arms up. Dancing with your arms as you exhale. At your own pace. Breathing in as your arms go up. Let it go and dance your arms down. Let it be a meditation.
Second move: OTS-Bounce. Start to bounce with your body. Loose. Soft. Start to add some arms and let them dance. Add your head. Your body starts to warm up or cool down. Let your shoulders be loose. Use your breath. Relax your body. Play with levels. Let it feel so good.
Third move: Walk-8-Step-touch-4. Now walk 8. Lift your arms up for 4 and down for 4. Step touch, 2, 3, 4. Again. Walk lifting your arms up, but dancing them. And walking, bringing hour arms down, creating a tribal kind of feel in your arms. Using levels. Maybe even explore the space. Relaxed in the body. Even your face is relaxed. Walk lifting arms. Bring them down. Step touch, keeping that tribal feel. Explore directions. Knees are soft. Put your style in it. You can’t get it wrong. Be gentle with your body. Let your whole body dance it. Now step touch. Soft breath.
