Purpose: strength, sound play (voice)
First Move: Bend scoop and 6 walks. Encourage them to bend their knees a lot, and thrust the hips a lot. Exaggerating the hip
movements.
You can give them the option to jump into the bend & scoop. When you hear the “ooooh-weeee” you can ask them to join in on the
sound and unify everyone in that sound.
Invite them to add arms and move in different directions.
Second Move: Double down (or step and bounce). Have them walk it with knees bent and a little bounce. Invite them to relax it,
letting their chest, arms and head move with it.
Big, relaxed arms.
