Coaching Notes:

In this song there are specific times to transition from one more to other.
First ask your participants to get in a cool hip hop poses. When the beat kicks in tell them to bounce side to side.

At 0:40 seconds tell them to start making robotic movements with their arms, back and forth.
Then gradually ask them to add the rest of their body. Invite levels and coach for different body parts such as wrists, elbows, head, etc.

At 1:09 tell them to go back to the bounce but this time do it with the person beside them. Invite them to tell a story with their arms. Encourage them to be very expressive.

At 1:36 get them to go back to the robot but this time create a robotic machine with the person beside them. Coach them to be creative and fill in the empty space around their partner.

At 2:03, go back to the step and bounce but this time get their arms to go low and high. Encourage on the “high” for them to say “What?” with each other.
Tell them to travel around the space and interact with as many people as they can.

At 2:30 the music changes. Get their attention and say “Check out the change…Smooth and sharp for 4,3,2,1.” Continue with this 4 times.

At 2:59 get them to go back to the heavy step and bounce around the space. End with a super cool hip hop pose.

Denne her sang skifter imellem ”Reggae” og ”Dub Step” – imellem hip hop (reggae) og robot.

Tung bounce/trin: (Reggae)
Spred benene, ned i knæ og når beatet starter; tung bounce til beatet. Når de alle har fundet rytmen kan de tilføje deres arme som de har lyst.

Robot: (Dub step)
Start med at lave robot poseringer til beatet. Skarpe, forskellige vinkler og niveauer. Ældre børn kan tilføje et ”ryst” til deres robot (man kan høre det i musikken)

Tung Bounce: (Reggae)
Find rytmen med den tunge bounce på stedet igen og begynd så at bevæge den. Store trin rundt i rummet – stadig need i knæ – lav og tung. Vi dem forskellige retninger, drejninger, store tunge trin og arme.

Den 3. gang sangen skifter til dub step (2:30) ændres musikkens fornemmelse til en blødere/smooth følelse. Din robot skal nu være ”smooth” – mere glidende – i 4 takter og så skarp i 4 takter. Foreslå forskellige energier når de skifter mellem ”smooth” og skarpe bevægelser.
