Purpose: To mobilize the hips and connect to tribal.
Pre-teach: 1-2-tribal-tribal, let them know what you want to see, with the arms, down to earth.
First move: Butt-Pump, it’s kind of gritty. Pump your hips and get them to play with the back and forth of their hips.
Add arms to it as well, dance it.
Common, pump your pelvis, let your arms dance along with it. Let your chest move.
Second move: 1-2-tribal-tribal. Dance it, get a bounce in there.
Different every time, play with all possibilities.
Third move: fast knees into grindy butt circles. Change directions.
This goes back into crazy wild running OTS, get your arms in there as well.
Make sure you listen and practice this song multiple times. The transitions are obvious, but they come pretty randomly!
