Purpose: To mobilize the pelvic and hips, memorize combination.

Pre-Teach – Run 6 clap 3. Tell them to do it with you. We are going to run 6 (low), then clap 3. Try it again.
Also, during the song, there will be a moment when we will just run with no claps, but I will let you know when that will happen.

First move: body pumps. Start with just pumping your body, pump your chest and your pelvic.
Let your arms go wild and free. See if you can travel while you pump. Bend your knees and go tribal. Low and wild.

Second move: Run 6 and clap 3. Bend your knees, go low and run 6 then clap 3xs.
Go different directions, explore where you can clap. Go somewhere different each time. Stay low and run.

Third Move: Just low run. Stay low and run without the claps.
