Explore your levels, the space below you and the space above you.
Do it in a way that feels really good for you.
Add your dance, expression and essence. – Soft, gentle, delicate.
let it be like a meditation. Infuse it with your breath

Second move: Slowwww quick quick – Now we are going to connect to a soft gentle rhythm together, it goes slowwwww quick quick
and really hesitate the slow. Let your arms create a beautiful soft flowing movement on the Slow. Slowwww quick quick. Start to
travel with this rhythm. Exploring all your directions.
Start to use your whole body on the slow. Explore your levels
*Now see if you can begin to sense the connection of the group together with the SQQ, Sense how we all move together. Slowwwww
quick quick. Start to move into the open spaces around each other. Do the slowwww around each other and sometimes with
each other.
Sense again how it feels to flow with everyone.

Other things you can say:
How can you get your head involved?
You can use your levels. And when you walk, explore how you can turn, walk backwards or sideways.
Listen to the song and let it inspire your dance.
Explore long full breaths. And long soft exhales.
You can’t get it wrong. Connect to you breath and let your body dance with it.
Can you get your spine moving? All the way from the tailbone to the top of your head.
Don’t stop moving. Let your body flow with the breath – one move flowing seamlessly into the next.
Let your face be soft.
Can you get your shoulders involved?
How can you dance it with your whole body?
Keep inhaling with a new person every time. Allowing your body to creatively dance as you inhale and exhale.
