Pre-Teach: No Focus: External Purpose: To develop leg strength and mobility

First move: 2 to the side, down and up. Really work it but don’t forget to dance it as well. Let it be a little gritty with some attitude. Keep changing directions on the two to the side.

cond move: Get low. OTS get low – dance your low, challenge yourself to get low, you can do it. No one can do it for you! The song tells you to “get low low low.. ” so see how low you can go! You can’t get this wrong.

Third move: Butt pump. Step with your pumps, travel it, show it in your face, gritty, dirty. Tell a story with your hands/arms. Lots of attitude. No one cares what it looks like.
