Purpose: To dance your dance of loving yourself
First move: Dance Walk. Alright everyone, remember who you are. Put the beat in your feet and walk it out. Get your arms dancing. Explore your directions. Put your style and personality in it. Around each other. Keep your arms and head dancing. Happiness in your body. Smile, it’s all about loving yourself. Can you add a turn now and then? Confident, shoulders back, chin up! Have you gone backwards yet? Or even tried to turn it yet? Celebrate! Happiness in your body. Even your head! On your face. Make it happy!
Second move: Get Up & Love Yourself. Up and walk. Up and walk. That’s it. Show me those arms. Get the party going. Tell someone. Someone new every time.
Third move: Step Touch (Call – Response). Now what it says, say it! You can pump those arms. “Revolution!”
Fourth move: Power Pose. Be awesome! Dance it! Yes!
Fifth move: Over the Head Clap. Big clap over your head. Everyone come to the center. Yes! Big party together! What?! Love yourself, baby! All together nice and tight.
Final move: Hands on Heart. Hold. Put your hands on your heart. Connect with your breath, with the beat of your heart. Close your eyes if you want.
