Connect with the snap. Play with it. Bring your snaps around your body in different places each time. Now add the knee lift.
At 0:26 strike a pose, place hands on your heart and dance a little twist side to side.
Dance with yourself in your chair.
At 0:34 Back to the snaps and knee lift. Dance your snaps all around your body.
How fun and creative can you be with your snaps?
At 0:47 Strike another pose, place hands on your heart and do a little twist.
At 1:09 back to your snaps and knee lifts. Have fun with it! If you’d like to get up and dance your snaps around your chair, go for it.
At 1:22 back to your pose, hand on your heart, twist. Working on a gentle mobility in the spine
At 1:49 go back to the snaps and knee lifts trying as many different creative options as you can. Lifting your legs up higher if you want to work on strength.
