Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes, the pose-pose-dance.
Focus: External
Purpose: To increase heart rate and build lower body strength

Pre-teach: Before you start the song, instruct the pose-pose-dance. Tell them that twice in the song there will be this combo and you want them to try it without music first: You pose twice, and dance OTS for two.
So try it: pose-pose-dance in a yummy, delicious way – whatever you want. Try it again and this time use your levels pose differently every time: pose-pose-dance!

First move: is a light run. Connect people to the rhythm 1-2, 1-2. If the light run is too high impact for some, have them do a light walk instead.
Keep the feet soft on the floor, and see how lightly you can run across the floor. Lift your arms and add that light feeling by moving your arms softly and flowy as you run.
Dance your light run. Coach for directions, pivots, lots of turning and moving creatively in and out of each other. Another great way of facilitating this, is by telling people to move into the open spaces as they dance.

Second move: is the combo you pre-taught. You can yell out ’get ready for the poses’ to prepare them.
Coach on the beat and say ’pose-pose-dance’. Keep inviting to posing differently every time, and to make the dance feel really good. Yummy, soft, sensual.

Third Move: is a shake. It only comes once. Tell people to listen to the song and connect to drums by shaking. They can shake anything they want, but start them out with shaking the shoulders. Then they can add whatever they feel like.

Have them dance their shake in their own way. They can only get it right. Traveling or OTS.
Fourth move: is a step-touch. This also comes just one time in the song, where the song gets softer and more calm in the energy.
Connect them to the step-touch and make sure to use the style words soft, light and relaxed.
