Purpose: To warm up the body, explore the space.
Great warm-up song!
First Move: Strike a kind of sexy, cool, casual pose, change it, enjoy the intro with that, keep it cool. It’s all about love and happiness. Keep changing your poses until the beat comes in.
Second Move: Walk. Now connect your feet to the beat. 1-2, 1-2. Stay relaxed and cool. Super confident and chilled out and just a little bit sexy.
Take it around the room, explore all the space and all your directions. But get your arms involved in your walk. Show me all the funky things you can do, even your head moves.
Cool and funky! Walk around each other, smile at people as you go by.
Third Move: OTS Wiggle. Now stay where you are, bend your knees and start to wiggle your booty, but let your whole body get involved. Do your own little funky dance OTS.
Relax and make it funky! You can change direction. Use your levels and explore how your body moves. No wrong way to dance!
**After the first poses, you can play with these 2 moves, you can go back and forth as much as you want. Have them really explore how funky and cool they can walk and wiggle.

No set transitions, you decide when to change the move.
