First move: Walk. Start by presenting yourself “how do I look?” , put the beat in your feet and strut. Shoulders back, chest and chin up,
I want to see confidence and attitude. Walk like s super model! Keep changing your direction.
Do it your way with your style and pizazz. How can you use your arms while you walk? Show off your style and confidence.
with a tempo walk. Show me what you got. You look amazing, walk like it!
Second move: Pose & Dance – Stay on the spot and pose & dance it! Change your pose, dance it. New pose, dance it. Be confident!
Can you pose different each time. Put your style in it. Do it like you are asking a question. “How do I look?”, now show “I look good”, “How do i feel”, “I feel good”. Present yourself and how amazing you look and feel.
Third move: Slow walk. Now strut slow, confident, chest up, shoulders back, chin up. Show off your amazing self.
